Description

Engenium are seeking Expressions of Interest for an enthuasiastic and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. 


 The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Assists with prime contract flow-down review and formation of EPCM construction contract and subcontracts.
  • Covers all aspects of contract formation, including assisting in initiating and developing individual contracting strategies, pre-qualification of bidders, developing contract documents, development of bidders lists, preparation and issuance of bid documents, responding to bidder queries, and developing bid evaluations.
  • Develops final proposal evaluations and award recommendations, and presents recommendation to project team and/or client.
  • Performs contract management post-award activities including monitoring Subcontractor and Vendor performance and progress against critical path and contractor schedules and evaluates their applications for payment for presentation to accounting department.
  • Reviews schedules for adherence, contract change management, (site instructions, drawing transmittals), invoicing, and claims avoidance.
  • Arranges for the inspection of equipment and material, investigate and resolve invoicing issues and close-out all subcontracts.

Previous experience in similar role of 5 years within the Mining and Construction Industry is essential.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • A proactive and ‘can do’ work approach.
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Terms of this employment contract are negotiable and can be discussed at interview stage.
