To be eligible for Engenium's Graduate Program you will have successfully completed a tertiary degree from an Australian University or equivalent and have the following attributes:

During the Graduate Program you will have exposure to the key areas of the business as well as developing an understanding of quality and safety systems. The Graduate Program is a 3 year program where students who have recently completed their degree can gain practical experience in three key areas of the company; Engineering, Project Controls and Project Management. Graduates will rotate through each department spending a minimum of 6 months in each area over the first 2 years, with the final 12 months being a mutually agreed choice:

  • Engineering - 6 months
  • Project Controls - 6 months
  • Project Management - 6 months office based and 6 months on-site
  • Mutually agreed choice (dependent on skills and interest) - 12 months

The order in which you filter through the departments may differ depending on project requirements and availability.

Vacation Program

Engenium also offer a Vacation Program, which is a 10-12 week program running from November through to January, where third and fourth year students are given the opportunity to gain practical experience in three key areas of the company; Engineering, Project Controls and Project Management. They will rotate through each department, spending approximately 4 weeks in each area.

Travel will be dependent on the nature of the projects. Each Graduate will be assessed at the end of their rotations in each area and at the end of the 3 year program. The managers will assess and determine where each Graduate fits best into the company in line with current projects.
