To be eligible for Engenium's Graduate Program you will have successfully completed a tertiary degree from an Australian University or equivalent and have the following attributes:

During the Graduate Program you will have exposure to the key areas of the business as well as developing an understanding of quality and safety systems. The Graduate Program is a 3 year program where students who have recently completed their degree can gain practical experience in three key areas of the company; Engineering, Project Controls and Project Management. Graduates will rotate through each department spending a minimum of 6 months in each area over the first 2 years, with the final 12 months being a mutually agreed choice:
- Engineering - 6 months
- Project Controls - 6 months
- Project Management - 6 months office based and 6 months on-site
- Mutually agreed choice (dependent on skills and interest) - 12 months
The order in which you filter through the departments may differ depending on project requirements and availability.
Engenium also offer a Vacation Program, which is a 10-12 week program running from November through to January, where third and fourth year students are given the opportunity to gain practical experience in three key areas of the company; Engineering, Project Controls and Project Management. They will rotate through each department, spending approximately 4 weeks in each area.
