Excellent opportunities exist for enthusiastic and experienced Senior Planners to join our Major Project Services Team. The Major Project Services team works as part of integrated owners teams to assist the client in managing EPCM companies and developing Project Services solutions at both a corporate and project level.

We are looking for degree qualified candidates who have had extensive experience working at either EPCM or Client level. The role will be based in client’s offices and will be responsible for the maintenance of the overall project plan and master schedule based on input from project technical/commercial functions and contractors. 

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining a professional, highly skilled planning team though leadership, resources, technical and system support, training and innovation.
• WPS preparation
• Ensuring that all Planning deliverables are uniformly prepared and completed in accordance with the monthly reporting schedule, company procedures and planning standards.
• Preparing the necessary project planning, scheduling procedures and support to PDP, PEP and/or other project documentation definition.
• Preparing and updating the overall project master schedule
• Supporting the risk analysis in preparing and updating the Risk Register and other project registers
• Provide ongoing scheduling support for the project.

The ideal candidates will have a project engineering background. Previous site experience and commercial exposure would be highly regarded.  Terms of this employment contract are negotiable and can be discussed at interview stage.
