Turn-Key Service
Our Client’s benefit from our full service capability to manage Operating and Sustaining works projects from initial project concept, through the various approvals process (internal, environmental, government, capital expenditure approval, etc) concluding with implementation and execution on site. This includes:
- Scoping, Prefeasibility and Definitive Feasibility Studies
- EPCM Services including subcontractor management
- Commissioning and technical production support
This allows our Clients to rely on Engenium for a complete turn-key service.
This includes the management of the internal and external engineering design effort, input to the Client Procurement process and mobilisation to site for construction management and implementation. This is all delivered within the safety and specific site requirements of our Clients.
Flexible Delivery Systems
Our flexibility allows us to appropriately scale our EPCM systems to meet the needs of our Clients. Subsequently, we can scale our EPCM services to meet mature needs of our Blue Chip clients (which include Rio Tinto, BHP Biliton, FMG, Department of Defence) as well as the developing needs of the emerging producers.
