Engenium greenfields team kick off Study for Radar Iron - 26.08.2011
Engenium have commenced a Scoping Study for Radar Iron on the Die Hardy Magnetite Project, a Magnetite concentration operation within the Marda Diemals greenstone belt, approximately 140km’s north of Southern Cross in Western Australia.
The Study will focus on the evaluation of three different production options; 2 M dtpa concentrate production, 10 M dtpa concentrate production and 10.4 M dtpa pellet production.
Radar Iron is a new Iron Ore company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in December 2010. Its key assets are Iron Ore rights to tenements in the highly prospective central Yilgarn region of Western Australia. The company wish to assess the Hematite and Magnetite potential of its tenements with a view to starting operations within 4 to 5 years. The mine will have an operating life of 20 plus years.
