Engenium is a progressive Project Delivery company servicing the Resources and Infrastructure sectors.  We have developed a reputation for responsiveness, flexibility and successfully delivering our project delivery services to both the emerging producers and Australia’s major resource companies.

An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.  The successful candidate will report to the Manager Projects - Resource Operations and will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, including the following functions: 

• Adherence and definition of scope to team and client
• Proposal development and submission
• Business development/ Client liaison 
• Management and execution of study/project;
• Demonstrated business acumen;

Previous experience in a Project Manager role of at least 10 years within the Mining and Construction Industry or Project Management environment is essential.  Other prerequisites for the role include:

• Engineering Qualification or equivalent;
• Previous experience in the management of Projects;
• Management and leadership experience;  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise;
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive and ‘can do’ work approach;
• The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; and
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Previous site experience and commercial exposure would be highly regarded. Terms of this employment contract are negotiable and can be discussed at interview stage.
