Catalyst is Engenium’s project delivery and quality management system.

It comprises our policies, plans, procedures, systems and tools to ensure that we consistently meet the high standards we set, exceed client expectations and ensure our standing as a good corporate citizen.

Our Clients all have unique project requirements, are structured differently and vary in levels of in-house capability. Catalyst allows Engenium to uniquely scale our approach to meet the needs of the emerging producer through to the gold plated requirements of the blue chip organisations. It allows Engenium to customise our project delivery systems to meet the cost, schedule, design, quality and safety requirements of each individual Client.

Catalyst is fully integrated and compliant with the management system standards:

• AS/NZS ISO 9001 for Quality Management
• AS4801 for Occupational Health and Safety Management and
• AS/NZS ISO 14001 for Environmental Management
