Troy Ventriss – Chief Financial Officer

Troy has more than 15 years of domestic and international accounting and finance experience within the financial services, retail and mining industries.  He has widespread knowledge of statutory & management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, performance review, general ledger maintenance, cash flow analysis and project controls.  Troy holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Peter Kleins – Engineering Manager

Peter is an Engineering Manager with over 38 years experience in the Engineering industry. His knowledge and experience include overseeing engineering projects and working on site improvement projects and he has extensive site based and operational experience. Peter has previously filled the roles of Engineering Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer.  Peter has a Bachelor of Science and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers.

Paul Berdal – Commercial Manager

Paul is a Project Controls Manager with over 24 years experience in Project Controls in the Oil & Gas, Resources / Mining Industries. He has extensive knowledge and experience including: Scheduling, Contracts, Cost Engineering, Estimating and Procurement for Construction, Shutdown and Maintenance Projects. Paul has previously filled the roles of Project Controls Manager, Project Controls Specialist, Cost / Planning Engineer and Contracts Officer.  Paul holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Information Technology plus a Masters in Project Management. 

Luke Howard – Human Resources Manager

Luke has extensive experience as a HR Practitioner in a variety of Senior Human Resource roles in Western Australia. Luke has had widespread experience in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations across major resource sector projects encompassing Engineering Consulting, Construction and Civil Contracting. Luke manages the HR Team to identify, initiate and manage organisational development and Human Resource related projects within the business.  Luke currently holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management.  

Wayne Peel - Business Development Manager

Wayne has more than 18 years of experience in Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Management having held executive roles for international Engineering, Information Technology, and Construction companies.  Wayne has an MBA, Bachelor of Engineering and is a member of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
