Description

Engenium are seeking Expressions of Interest from enthusiastic and experienced Study/Project Managers who would like to join our team.  The Study/Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the successful delivery of the study / projects, including the following functions:

• Successful development and achievement of study/project goals;
• Administration and performance of prime contacts;
• Management and execution of study/project;
• Directional control of the team;
• Demonstrated business acumen;
• Adherence and definition of scope to team and client; and
• Study/Project closeout.

Previous experience in a Study / Project Manager role of at least 10 years within the Mining and Construction Industry is essential.  Other prerequisites for the role include:

• Engineering Qualification or equivalent;
• Previous experience in the management of Projects;
• Management and leadership experience;  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise;
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive and ‘can do’ work approach;
• The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; and
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Previous site experience and commercial exposure would be highly regarded. Terms of this employment contract are negotiable and can be discussed at interview stage.
