Troy has more than 17 years’ experience in the design and construction of civil infrastructure with expertise in the design of earthworks, roads, stormwater drainage, oily water sewers and sanitary sewers.  Troy has held roles of Senior Civil Engineer, Project Engineer and Site Engineer for several consultancies in Australia.  He has operated in a range of industries including oil and gas, mining, energy, public infrastructure, transport and construction.
